一、用途

该机广泛适用于轻重工业、地质冶金、化工建材、煤炭矿山、砂轮陶瓷、医药科研等行业的化验室，试验室是对物料颗粒分级筛选的理想设备。其优点：具有精度高、速度快、节省人力、低噪声等物点。尤其对建筑业砂石骨料试验更为理想，可将15kg骨料分二次装料，每次开机五分钟，既方便以简单完成分级工作。

该机主要有传动、摆动、振击、夹紧机构及电器等部件所组成。本机由动机通过主轴，（传动轴）带动齿轮，有蜗轮再带动凸轮，主偏心轴带动两个付偏心轴，从而使筛座具有回转及振击双重动运动。

娱乐中心The machine is mainly composed of driving, oscillation, vibration and strik, clamping mechanism and electrical components. It is operated with motor to drive gear , worm wheel to drive cam and main eccentric shaft eccentric shaft to drive two auxiliary eccentric shafts through main shaft ,thereby allowing strainer seat to make dual movements of gyration and vibration and strike.
