TDG型斗提机输送量大、提升高度高；斗型合理，容量大；环链采用合金钢制造，经表面和热处理后，硬度适中，强度高，耐磨性好；胶带采用钢丝绳编织芯胶带，韧性好，强度高；本机的头尾部和中部机壳全部做了密封处理，物料及粉尘不外扬，不会造成环境污染；传动装置中采用了垂直轴减速器和液力偶合器，并配有逆止装置，使得传动装置机构紧凑，实现了柔性传动。既能使运转平稳，又能使电机减速器及牵引件得到保护，更能使物料在停机时保持稳定状态。

Their endless chains are made of alloy steel which, after  surface and heat treatment, have suitable hardness, high strength and good  abrasion resistance. Their belts are braided steel core ones which enjoy good  toughness and high strength. The head and tail and middle casing of such  machine are all sealed where the materials and dust do not get outside, hence  causing no pollution. The transmission device adopts speed reducer of vertical  axis and fluid coupling and is equipped with backstop devices to keep the  transmission mechanism compact and realize flexible transmission. With such  structure, not only can the machine operate smoothly, but also the motor  reducer and traction parts are protected. What is more, the materials can remain  stable when the machine is stopped.
